10/05/09 - Logan has been working so hard at guitar...everyday he has been looking up music and learning new songs. He will even look for some of my favorites just to play them for me. I love that so much ! He catches on to them so fast, I wish I could have had the ease he does with guitar, he's a natural. King Richard's Faire was a blast for Logan...he donned his chainmail and everything so he could blend into the fun...watching him is so amazing, 13...almost 14 and to be truthful he, as people keep saying, is a "mini" me... it's so great watching him grow into a man.

10/26/09 - Well unfortunately we had to take a 2 week break from the bags, the first week was a tough one as we had lost our dog, Brego, down the Cape. we searched for about 5 hours...and were hopeless but there was good news in the end as someone found her...then last week was finals for me in my Master's class. when we lost Brego it was so hard...watching Logan trying to be so composed yet he was scared ( as were we all ) and it eventually got the best of him. He never stopped looking though and wouldn't quit until we KNEW she was with someone safe. This week was much better though !!! I took him ( and Morgan ) to get pedicures...and he loved it !! In the end he wanted to get black polish, as he saw one of our favorite bands, Marillion ( from England ), painted theirs...it was so funny watching him get the whole treatment... it is making me laugh as I type right now ...hahahaha!!
