3/02/09 - No Maxfield Parrish this week but that's ok ! Morgan put in a special request today... Strawberry Shortcake. I really am not sure where the idea came from but I knew I had to do it for her as tonight is a very important night for her. She is spending the first night sleeping alone in her big girl bedroom !!! She was cuddling with piggy her stuffed animal, pointed out all her favorite ones throughout her room and settled into bed. She was a little nervous but I think I was more... I kept looking in on her a 100 times, then once she fell asleep I just watched her sleeping...she's so damn big now. She should be very proud of herself... I know I am !

3/09/09 - Morgan has done great her first week sleeping in her room! Every morning she proudly puts a sticker on her calendar to keep track...when she hits 14 days she gets a webkinz. She is really such an amazing girl... in Kindergarten and reading so great, very rarely do I have to help her sound out words. I am very lucky as all my children are gifted with some talent...and cute :) She seems to be very happy just letting me pick her bags and with Pinocchio coming out this week (I think) it was fresh in my mind, so I drew this for her. I think I will go Disney for a bit..but that could change...hahaha!

3/16/09 - Today Morgan could not figure out what she wanted...as long as it wasn't "those hands" ( Michelangelo )... ok no problem babe ! So I started looking and just doing keyword searches and I saw this...and it right off the bat it brought back a very fond memory to me...so I knew what I was going to make. While I sketched it out Morgan was making a school drawing for Cam using printer paper and markers ( it was like 3 feet long ! )...but she wants to use my Prismacolors and it's so cute how she asks, and then asks for advice on what color to use... after the great memory she let me recall today by doing this picture how can I EVER say no to her ????

3/23/09 - Wasn't sure what I was going to end up drawing this week and someone was kind enough to suggest "Precious Moments" to me! They are very cute and I know Morgan will love this... with Easter coming this seemed like a good image to do for her. Morgan has been to funny this week...she is on a wrestling kick...literally !! She wants to wrestle but it's more like "Papa, you don't move and I am just going toooo.....SLAM!!!! She just jumps full force onto me...it's hilarious and my only defense is that she is wicked ticklish...hahahahahaha !!! She is also getting really good, and competitive, with games. She whooped me at tic,tac,toe and Uno on Friday...then she was trying to stay with me and the boys playing Horse... she actually made a couple of the shots !!!!

3/31/09 - Running a bit behind this week on lunch bags, unfortunately Morgan had to take "plain" bags Mon. & Tues. She was pretty sick this week with a bad cold ( Logan seems to be getting it now ) and when we were in her room playing with her "My Little Ponies" and she asked if I could draw them on her bag this week... she's feeling much better tonight and when I tucked her in and was reading "Goldilocks", she asked again so ariel will have to wait until next week !! I had to laugh today as we were playing a game in her coloring book... it's the game where you draw a line, one at a time, and you try to make as many boxs as you can... well I just put lines down anywhere, not her though, she watches everyone I do and then calculates her next move...trying to trap me into making the 3rd side so she can complete the box. Then when she gets one she does a little "grunt laugh", because she just trapped me, and puts an "M" in it... she's to funny :)
